Musica Barocca イルジャルディーノ･アルモニコ
四季の演奏でも紹介したイルジャルディーノ･アルモニコによるバロック名曲集だ。バロック名曲集と銘打ったCDはいくらでもあるが、鋭い感性と斬新な解釈を繰り広げるイルジャルディーノ・アルモニコにかかればこうなる。最初のバッハからしてまるで違う曲だ。序曲の出だしなんてジョン･ウィリアムズ作曲かと思わせるほどの厚みと奥行きがある。パッヘルベルのカノンも・・・・
といちいち説明するのも野暮な話だろう。とにかく聴けばわかる。クラシックを聴きなれて「いまさらバロック？」と思っている人でも買って損はない。「クラシックなんて退屈」と思っている人はこれを聴けばその音楽的自由度の高さを再認識してくれることと思う。
正直な話、私は収録曲も確認せずジャケット写真に惹かれて買ったのだが･･･
